I took advantage of this offer last time (& didn't share it w/ you because I worried about the validity of the offer). The process went flawlessly except for the wait time in getting the page to load -- but I persevered because I assumed that the site was getting bombarded.
I'm so glad I didn't give up. I was able to get some pretty trendy glasses for $15 s/h. And they were here in a jiffy.
One thing I was sure not to add to my total (& therefore racking up my total so that they weren't so free) was thinning down my lenses (okay, so maybe I have thick glasses cuz I'm blind as a bat) & any type of coating. I was unsure as whether or not these would work anyway so I didn't want to put more money in... and actually, they're just fine w/o all the 'niceties' & extras.
Things to have prepared are your prescription & a few other other details (diameter, etc.). I used my rx from the end of my box of contacts & took a guess at the other things.
Check out my specs (pls excuse my end-of-a-long-day, no make up, swollen tired eyes, "I've been with first graders all day, tired, look).... not too shabby for free, eh?!
