What Are You Doing this Weekend?


FRIDAY

It is Family Night at the Magic House. 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. No more than two adults and four of their own children) to enjoy the more than 100 hands-on exhibits in the museum. Reservations are not required. For more info, check out The Magic House.

SATURDAY

GO FISH! 0 am. Forest Park Hatchery, 5595 Grand Dr. Register by calling (636) 441-4554 or check out more details on their website. 7-15 yr olds. Basic Fishing III teaches young anglers how to properly identify a largemouth bass, channel catfish, bluegill and hybrid sunfish. Basic fish biology such as life cycle and anatomy are also discussed. Fishing equipment, volunteers and bait/lures provided. Participants must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Programs begin promptly at the specified times, no late arrivals. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to program start time to check in.

Amazing Animal Encounters. 11:30 am. World Bird Sanctuary at 125 Bald Eagle Ridge Road in Valley Park, MO. Find out more by calling (636) 225-4390 or by visiting their website. Environmental education programs are presented by their naturalists, using snakes, parrots, birds and mammals to teach you about the amazing creatures that share our planet & what we can do to help them survive.

Fish Feeding Demo. Bass Pro Shop. 1365 South 5th Street. St. Charles.
You don't want to miss their fish feeding show every Saturday & Sunday at 2pm. Learn about the fish that we have in the aquarium and see how they react to different baits & live bait. One lucky Boy or Girl will get to help us feed the fish and take home a special souvenir!

SUNDAY


Family Sundays. St Louis Art Museum. Hands-on art activities & 30-minute family tour through the galleries. Family Tour leaves at 2:30 pm. Create a piece of artwork to take home.
