It won't work for IL residents?
It has to be a zip code that their offer mailer was sent to...pevely, herky, festus zips didn't work...63051 for my mom in law didn't work...so, no, not all MO and/or IL addresses can get this...I only live 20 min from that hospital and have several drs there and it denied my zipcode
