Let's face it... when your kids are little, you're going to deal with constipation or just pooping probs in general.
Then there's the other (more important) element & that's the fiber issue. It's something I admit that I haven't placed enough importance on in my kiddos' diets.
So, to remedy both situations, there are Pedia-Lax FIBER GUMMIES vitamins.
My kids LOVED these (actually, since, my daughter refuses to eat any other kind) & I loved how they help fullfill that lacking in their diet.
This delicious daily fiber supplement helps kids ages 2-11 maintain better digestive health and stay regular. The penguin-shaped, great tasting Pedia-Lax Fiber Gummies are sugar-free, calorie-free, gluten-free and made with natural fruit flavors. With a recommended serving of three gummies every day, (equal to ½ cup of broccoli!), Fiber Gummies are a great way to supplement the fiber found in fruits, vegetables and other fiber-rich foods in your child’s daily diet. It’s a great solution to help bridge the gap between the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended amount of fiber and the fiber that kids actually consume in their daily diet. AND Fiber Gummies are dentist approved!!
AND (perhaps a tightwad favorite reason), there is a $1 off coupon ON THEIR WEBSITE.
Would you like to try these for your little vitamin-taker?
FIBER GUMMIES is going to let one lucky reader try their own bottle. In one week, I will choose a winner.

My little girl LOVES her fruit, so that's the number one way that we get fiber into her. However, she still has issues in that department. The real "magic bullet" is the Fiber One bar. I'd prefer something organic, but this thing WORKS! She loves them, too.
We will try the fiber gummies, tho, where do you purchase them?
Chris Smith Lints on FB, thanks!
Have a three year old daughter and a two year old granddaughter that could both use a little extra help in this area!
We discovered Fiber Gummies on a trip to KS this summer with a stubborn potty training toddler. We LOVE them and still use them a few times a month :)
my little one could use help too--I have NO clue
