Now this is what I call a "tightwad" work out! Only $1.99 per work out download....
I was lucky enough to try out thegympro. I downloaded 2 work outs to my laptop. All I did was went to http://www.thegympro.com/. I picked 2 work outs that I thought would work for me (beginner full body & the in-home promo). It was easy to download them, after you check out. Then, I just pulled them back up from my desktop & was able to work out with the trainer.
For just $1.99 per download, you can download workouts that fit your routine and your needs. The workouts are perfect for people on the go and can be played on most personal video players, computers or televisions. The workout routines are led by professional trainers who specialize in high-impact, high-rep workouts. This means you can take your personal trainer to the gym, on the road, or just about anywhere you can find a place to work out.
TheGymPro.com offers a variety of workouts, including those performed with minimal equipment (resistance bands and an exercise ball) right in your own home. Other workouts can be taken to the gym, where you can utilize the machines you’re already familiar with.
As we all struggle to cut expenses in this slow economy, TheGymPro.com is the perfect solution for those who want targeted, professional workouts but can’t afford a personal trainer. By choosing your expertise level, you work at your own pace with the encouragement and direction of a licensed professional trainer. TheGymPro.com is perfect for hotel workouts during business trips or on vacation. Watch TheGymPro.com videos on your computer or home television when you only have ten minutes to work out. TheGymPro.com has workouts for everyone, from the busiest lifestyle, to the newest beginner, all the way to the most hardcore fitness fiends.

I would probably start with Female Gym I – Full Body, as I have been a pretty sedintary person. My resolution for 2010 is to change that

There are a few that I think I'd like to try. I think I'd start with the beginers abs. I have lower back problems and it is mostly related to the fact that I have very weak core muscles. I really need to build up my abs and loose the belly.
I, also, would start w/Beginner Abs to strengthen my core.
I would probably start with The Core since it's designed for a workout in small spaces where ever you go and having a solid core can prevent injuries.

I'd like to try Beginner Full Body 3.
I'm a fat hog right now after the holidays so ANY workout would do. I really could use the core/abs:)
