I am about 100 overweight with 3 boys and I want to be able to keep up with them in 2010. My almost 6 year old is going to be having surgery on the back of his brain in 2010 and I am going to need to feel good and not lousy during all the recovery time and I think that eating right and losing weight will be a good way to have the energy!
