Snake & Lizard Hike. You will observe live snakes and even touch some if you want. Come prepared for a short hike to observe snakes and lizards in their natural habitat. Reservations are required. African Arts Festival. Forest Park's African Arts Festival, the Zoo will feature special activities on a different African animal each day this weekend. All ages. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. St. Louis Zoo. stlzoo.org (314) 781-0900

Greek Festival: Chow down on authentic gyros, moussaka, dolmathes and baklava while enjoying live Greek music at the outdoor Taverna. Or sit back and watch the Kyklos-Hellenic Dance Group perform traditional folk dances from long ago in colorful, authentic costumes. Shop in the traditional Greek market, or Agora, for jewelry, groceries and other authentic items. 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is free; food and drink are available for purchase.
