FRIDAYFamily Free Night at The Magic House. 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. No more than two adults and four of their own children.
The Great Forest Park Balloon Glow. You can get up close and walk around the balloons. The event starts around 7 ish & concludes with fireworks at 9 p.m.
SATURDAY
The Great Forest Park Balloon Race. Central Field in Forest Park. Activities begin at Noon and include the children's entertainment area, live music and skydivers. Opening ceremonies start at 3:30pm. Launch is scheduled to begin at 4:45pm.
ALL WEEKEND
Kirkwood Greentree Festival is September 17-19 at Kirkwood Park. There is a free shuttle from Meramec Community College on Saturday and Sunday only. Friday's activities include a kids' dog show, a canine frisbee competition and live music from the Fabulous Motown Revue. Click here for the complete schedule of events.
